Game Purchased On Nintendo.com Is Not Appearing on My Console
Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Switch - OLED Model
What to do when you bought a game through the Nintendo Store website and it is not appearing on your Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console.
Note
- Games purchased through nintendo.com will automatically download to the console you chose during the checkout process if it meets the requirements for off-device purchases.
- For pre-orders, the game will be pre-loaded to your system around 7 days before the game is released. You'll be able to start playing the game after downloading a small update that is available at the time the game is released.
Possible solutions
- Check the Network Maintenance Information/Operational Status page for any posted service outages. If there is an outage or maintenance, it is possible that the download process may be delayed. Wait a while and try connecting to the service again later.
- Make sure that your console is turned on and connected to the Internet.
