Having a problem with your Nintendo product? We can help! You’ll start by troubleshooting the issue using your Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, or New Nintendo 2DS XL system. If at the end of troubleshooting service is needed for your product, setting up a service request is fast, easy, and secure. Lets get started.
Complete these steps
- Follow the appropriate troubleshooting steps based on your Nintendo system, accessory, and the issue you’re experiencing.
- If you’re still experiencing the issue at the end of troubleshooting, select Start a service request at the bottom of the troubleshooting article.
- For the best experience, create or log in to your Nintendo Account. This allows us to securely communicate with you about your service request.
- If applicable, enter your system’s serial number to identify the warranty status.
- Complete all the required information, including product information, agreeing to the acknowledgements, personal information, and shipping details.
- If needed, add payment information.
- Click Submit service request to complete the request.
