Possible solutions
- Check your spam/junk email folder to see if the email is there.
- Make sure you have waited long enough for the email to arrive. Most arrive quickly, but certain emails may take 1-2 hours to arrive.
- Make sure there are no filters in your email account that may be blocking emails from Nintendo. The email domain names Nintendo uses are:

- Visit the Account Home website, and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- Select Funds and Payment Methods.
- Select Transaction History in the "Purchase History" section.
- Here, you can view account activity dating back two years.

- Log in to the Nintendo Account website and check the "Sign-in and security settings" section to confirm the email address that is associated with your Nintendo Account. PayPal verification emails are sent to your Nintendo Account email address—this may be a different email address than the one associated with your PayPal account.
