How to Manage Nintendo Account Promotional Communications Settings

Steps for updating your preferences for promotional emails from Nintendo (newsletters, surveys, special offers, etc.).

Note: You can also unsubscribe from a specific email or newsletter by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Complete these steps

Go to the Nintendo Account website and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
Select Privacy and Other Settings.
Select Change in the "E-mails from Nintendo" section.
Toggle between receiving or not receiving the different types of emails:
- Promotional e-mails from Nintendo: Newsletters or emails with special game news or offers.
  - Please be aware that you may continue to receive transactional, sign-in activity, and account security emails even if you opt out of promotional emails.
- Invitation e-mails to complete surveys: You may be selected to participate in special surveys about Nintendo products.
