Unable to Find Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Game in Nintendo Switch Bundle

Steps for when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is supposed to be included in your Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch – OLED Model bundle, but it cannot be found.
Information
When you purchase a 2024 Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch – OLED Model bundle that includes Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the game comes as a full game download, not a download code. Full game downloads are registered to your Nintendo Account when you open the Nintendo eShop.
What to do
To register your full game download to your Nintendo Account, follow these steps:
- Set up an internet connection on your Nintendo Switch.
- Create a Nintendo Account and link it to your Nintendo Switch, if you haven't already.
- Select Nintendo eShop on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
- Select the Nintendo Account you want to register the game to.
- A message will appear indicating that the console includes a product you can register and download.
- Select Registration to proceed.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Select Save
to register the game to your Nintendo Account.
- The download will begin automatically. You can check the download status on the HOME Menu.
Situation not resolved
If the registration message does not appear, you can register the game in your Account Information in the Nintendo eShop:
- Open Nintendo eShop.
- Select your user icon in the upper-right corner.
- Register the game:
- On Nintendo Switch 2: select Settings, then scroll down to the "Products Bundled with Console" section and select Download.
- On Nintendo Switch: scroll down to the "Products Bundled with Console" section
and select Confirm.
