Error Message: Unable to Connect to This Access Point Using Current Settings

The information in this article can help you when you're trying to connect to the Internet, and a message directs you to use Advanced Setup.
Note: This message indicates that your wireless network is secured with a WPA security key. In order to connect using WPA, you will need to access the Advanced Setup.
Complete these steps
- If the message is still on the screen, tap OK to return to the access point search page, and tap Back twice.
- Select Advanced Setup.
- Delete any existing connections.
- Select an empty connection file.
- Select Search for an Access Point.
- Select your access point from the list.
- If your wireless network is not in the list, or if no wireless networks are displayed, you may find our information on Unable to Find a Wireless Access Point helpful.
- If prompted, enter your password and select OK. If you do not know your wireless security key, you may also find our information on How to Find Your Network's Wireless Password helpful.
- Select OK three times to test the connection.
- Once the Nintendo DSi runs the connection test, you should see the following
screen:
As long as you see Connection test successful, the support code does not matter and can be ignored.
