Error Code: 2110-2203
Steps for when you're attempting to connect Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch to the internet and the system displays the error code 2110-2203.
Note: This error code may occur as a result of the wireless signal strength is poor, or due to an incorrect password.

- Confirm the correct wireless password was entered into the console's connection settings.
- Ensure you are entering the password exactly as it appears, including any unique capitalization or symbols that may be used.

How to locate network password in Windows
- Go to Start and enter in the search box "view network connections", then press Enter.
- In the Network Connections window, right-click the network name, and select Status.
- Click the Wireless Properties button.
- Click the Security tab, and then click the Show characters check box.
- The password for the wireless network is displayed in the Network security key field.

Wireless password
- Click on the Finder icon.
- Select Applications on the left, and then Utilities.
- Select Keychain Access.
- On the left, ensure login is selected under Keychains and Passwords is selected under Category.
- Find the name of your wireless network, and ensure the "Kind" field is labeled "Airport network password," and then double-click this listing.
- Click on the checkbox next to "Show Password" and enter your computer's Adminstrator password and click Allow.
- Hold the Option key on your keyboard, and then select the Wi-Fi icon located on the menu bar.
- The currently connected network's information will be displayed as light gray text, and the security type will be listed next to "Security."
- If the gray text is not visible, hover over your network with your mouse to display this information.

- Select System Settings from the HOME Menu.

- Select the appropriate network name (SSID) from the list.
- Use the onscreen keyboard to enter the network's wireless password, if one is required.
- The connection will be tested. Once the test is complete, select OK.

- Unplug the power cable from both the modem and wireless router (if separate from the modem).
- If the modem's lights remain on, this may indicate you have a back-up battery installed. You will need to remove this battery to power cycle the modem.
- After 30 seconds, plug the power cable back into your modem and wait for the lights to remain steady.
