Complete these steps
- Insert the Wii Fit game disc into the disc slot on the front of the console.
- On the Wii menu, select the Game Disc Channel to start Wii Fit.
- On the Wii Fit Plaza (Title Menu), select Settings, then Install Channel.
- Select OK, then select OK again to install the channel.
