Pre-Orders and Pre-Purchases

Overview

Pre-orders and pre-purchases make it possible to buy game titles or items before they're available.

• Pre-orders are available for Nintendo eShop digital purchases. You will not be charged for the full amount of the purchase until 7 days prior to the game’s release date. For more information about pre-orders, see Nintendo eShop Pre-Order and Pre-Load FAQ.
• Pre-purchases are available for physical item purchases on Nintendo Store. You will be charged the full amount of the purchase immediately, and the item will ship after its release date. To cancel a pre-purchase, contact us for support.
