Pre-Orders and Pre-Purchases

Overview

Pre-orders and pre-purchases make it possible to buy game titles or items before they're available.

• Pre-orders are available for Nintendo eShop digital purchases. You will not be charged for the full amount of the purchase until 7 days prior to the game’s release date. For more information about pre-orders, see Nintendo eShop Pre-Order and Pre-Load FAQ.
• Pre-purchases are available for physical item purchases on Nintendo Store. You will be charged the full amount of the purchase immediately, and the item will ship 1-3 business days after its release date. To cancel a pre-purchase, contact us for support.
