What to do
- Review your network's wireless password and try again.
- If your wireless password contains special characters (non-alphanumeric), try entering these by pressing the up arrow on the ABC keyboard (located next to the space bar) instead of using the Symbol keyboard. This may help prevent accidentally selecting unsupported characters.
