How to Search for Content in the Nintendo eShop

In this article, you'll learn how to search for applications, videos, and games in the Nintendo eShop.
Complete these steps
By Keyword
- On the HOME menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
- Once the Nintendo eShop loads, select the box next to Search near the top of the touch screen.
- Use the on-screen keyboard to enter a keyword to search by, then select OK to search for content that matches your keyword.
By Category
- On the HOME menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon.
- Once the Nintendo eShop loads, select the Menu button from the top-right of the touch screen, then select Search.
- Select Add Search Filters and select criteria to search by:
- Platform: Search by the system, such as Nintendo 3DS, Game Boy, or Nintendo DSiWare
- Genre: Search by the type of content, such as Action, Puzzle, or Video
- Publisher: Search by the name of the publisher
- Price: Search by the price
- Select the specific filter (only one item can be selected per category).
- Select Apply Filter to search for content that matches your selections.
