Power Issues, Including Damaged Systems and Accessories (Second System Unavailable)
Nintendo 3DS
What to do
If there is not a second AC adapter or system available for testing purposes, it will be difficult to determine whether the problem is with the system or the adapter.
The system, AC adapter, and charging cradle, if it is being used, will need to come in for service.
The following systems are available for service from Nintendo:
- New Nintendo 2DS XL - Serial numbers begin with "NW"
For your convenience, Nintendo provides a quick and easy-to-use online service request process.
