How to View Nintendo eShop Purchase History

Steps for checking your Nintendo eShop account activity on your Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, or on the Nintendo Account website.

- If there are multiple user accounts on your console, select the account with the history you want to view.
- Purchases can only be viewed by selecting the Nintendo Account that made them. The list of virtual game cards for a parent account will not include virtual game cards purchased by a child account.

If you have forgotten your user-verification PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN or you entered the incorrect PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN too many times, follow these steps:

- Sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- A message will appear indicating that your

- Note that this will not turn off user verification, but instead switch it to requiring you to sign in to your Nintendo Account. You can change back to the PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN verification method and create a new PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN in your User Settings.

Forgot password
- All of the digital games you have purchased will appear in the various sections of the menu.
- Only software purchased with your Nintendo Account will appear. Software purchased by other Nintendo Accounts on the console will not appear.
- To review which DLC you have purchased for a particular game, locate the game in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch and check the "Downloadable Content" section. Anything that indicates that it is "Purchased" is DLC that you have previously purchased.

The Account Home website
- Visit the Account Home website, and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- Purchases can only be viewed when logged in to the Nintendo Account that made them. The purchase history of a parent account will not include purchases made on a child account.
- Select Funds and Payment Methods.
- Scroll down and select Transaction History.
- Here, you can view account activity dating back up to two years. This includes any promotional or bundled download codes that came with your purchases.
- Visit the Account Home website, and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
Additional information
A receipt for each transaction in the Nintendo eShop is emailed to the Nintendo Account that made the purchase. Please review your emails for a full history of your transactions.
- For Nintendo Accounts for children, the email is sent to the parent/guardian’s email address.
