How to View Nintendo eShop Purchase History

What to do

Where would you like to view your transaction history?

• Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console
  1. Select Virtual Game Cards Tarjetas de juego virtuales Cartes de jeu virtuelles Cartões de jogo virtuais from the HOME Menu.
  2. If there are multiple user accounts on your console, select the account with the history you want to view.
     • Purchases can only be viewed by selecting the Nintendo Account that made them. The list of virtual game cards for a parent account will not include virtual game cards purchased by a child account.
  3. If you have enabled user verification, you may be prompted to confirm your identity by re-entering your password or entering a PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN .
     • Forgot password

       If you have forgotten your password, please follow Forgot Nintendo Account Sign-in Info.

     • Forgot  PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN  or entered  PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN  incorrectly

       If you have forgotten your user-verification PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN or you entered the incorrect PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN too many times, follow these steps:

       1. With the PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN entry screen displayed, press the + button.
       2. Select Sign InIniciar sesiónSe connecterIniciar sessão.
       3. Sign in to your Nintendo Account.
       4. A message will appear indicating that your PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN has been deleted. Select OK Aceptar OK OK .
          • Note that this will not turn off user verification, but instead switch it to requiring you to sign in to your Nintendo Account. You can change back to the PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN verification method and create a new PIN Contraseña Code secret PIN in your User Settings.

  4. All of the digital games you have purchased will appear in the various sections of the menu.
     • Only software purchased with your Nintendo Account will appear. Software purchased by other Nintendo Accounts on the console will not appear.
     • To review which DLC you have purchased for a particular game, locate the game in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch and check the "Downloadable Content" section. Anything that indicates that it is "Purchased" is DLC that you have previously purchased.
• The Account Home website
  1. Visit the Account Home website, and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
     • Purchases can only be viewed when logged in to the Nintendo Account that made them. The purchase history of a parent account will not include purchases made on a child account.
  2. Select Funds and Payment Methods.
  3. Scroll down and select Transaction History.
     • Here, you can view account activity dating back up to two years. This includes any promotional or bundled download codes that came with your purchases.
