How to Create a Mii from a Photo

In this article, you'll learn how to create a Mii from a photo

Complete these steps

From the Wii U Menu, select Mii Maker.
Tap Create Mii.
Tap From a Photo, then tap OK.
Select a gender for the Mii.
Select a skin tone, eye color, hair color and hairstyle for your Mii, and then tap OK.
Position the Wii U GamePad to center your face inside the red frame. When you are ready press the A, L or R Buttons to take a photo.
You may select a pre-set face from the top of the screen or tap Retake to take another photo. Once you are satisfied, tap OK.
If you would like to make specific changes to your Mii, select each of the menu options at the top of the screen to view the available facial characteristics and proportions. When you are finished, tap Next.
Name your Mii and set up a profile, then tap Save, and then Save again to confirm your selections. If you wish to go back and make a change, tap Don't Save.
