The information in this article can help you when an error occurs when you try to redeem a download code that was issued as a My Nintendo Reward (Game, DLC, or Nintendo Store discount).
Important
- Learn more about download codes purchased through a retailer or through the Nintendo website (NOT as a My Nintendo reward).
