In this article, you'll learn how to update Xenoblade Chronicles X.
As of January 20, 2016 a new software update has been made available for the Xenoblade Chronicles X game. Please take a moment to download and install this update while your Wii U console is connected to the Internet.
Note
- You can still use previous save data after downloading this update.
- If the system's Standby Functions are enabled, the update will download and install automatically.
- As of April 8, 2024, online play and other functionality that uses online communication has ended for Wii U software.
What to do
- Connect the Wii U console to the Internet.
- Return to the Wii U Menu and launch Xenoblade Chronicles X.
- The update will be downloaded and installed automatically.
