How to Update Software Downloaded from the Nintendo eShop

In this article, you'll learn how to update games and applications downloaded from the Nintendo eShop.
Complete these steps
- From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon and tap Open.
- On the upper left of the screen, tap Menu.
- Scroll down and select Settings / Other.
- Under the section titled History, select Updates.
- You will see a list of the titles you have downloaded. If an update is available for a title, you should see an Update icon to the right of the Software Info icon.
- Tap Update.
- Select Download Later or Download Now.
- Items downloaded now will begin immediately.
- Items downloaded later will begin when the system enters sleep mode.
