Repair orders are prioritized in the order they have been set up and received. Due to volumes, it may take longer than usual for your repair to be Received into the repair process after it has been delivered to the repair center.
If your tracking data shows Delivered but the repair status shows Due In, rest assured we have your product and it will be processed as soon as possible.
