How to Change the System Language on Nintendo DS/DS Lite System

Step-by-step instructions on how to change the default system language.
Complete these steps
- Remove all games from the Nintendo DS.
- Turn the system on by pressing the POWER Button.
- Tap the screen using the stylus when the Touch the Touch Screen to continue message appears.
- When the main menu appears, use the stylus and tap on the Settings Menu Panel icon at the bottom middle part of the screen.
- Tap the Wrench icon.
- Tap the Globe icon.
- Tap the box for the language you wish to choose.
- When finished, tap the Confirm Button in the lower right corner.
- Wait for the confirmation message to disappear, then tap Go Back, then Quit, then Yes to exit. The unit will shut down automatically to save the settings.
