Error Code: 009-2913

The information in this article can help you when:

  • A Nintendo eShop download or an in-game DLC download failed and the error code 009-2913 was received.
  • You receive the error message "An error has occurred. Please try again later."

Possible solutions

  • Attempt the download using the Download Later option.

    If the download failed due to a time out error, you may be able to complete the download after attempting it again.

    1. From the HOME Menu, select the Nintendo eShop icon and tap Open.
    2. Scroll left and select Settings/Other.
    3. Scroll down and select Redownloadable Software.
    4. Select Redownload next to the software you wish to redownload.
    5. Select Download.
    6. Select Download Later.
      • Items downloaded later will begin when the system enters sleep mode.
  • Connect to the Internet at a different location or access point.
