Steps for when you try to redeem a download code or Nintendo eShop card, but receive the error code 2813-9528 and the message "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
Note: This error occurs when there is a temporary Nintendo eShop service outage.
What to do
- Check support.nintendo.com/networkstatus for the most up-to-date maintenance and server status information.
- If there is maintenance, try again once it's resolved.
- If the error persists, and there is no notice of maintenance, try again at a later time.
- Once the Nintendo eShop maintenance or outage has ended, try to redeem your code again.
