How to Use amiibo Figures (Donkey Kong Bananza)

Follow these steps to use amiibo figures in Donkey Kong Bananza.
Information
Scan compatible Donkey Kong series amiibo to summon nostalgic gold KONG tiles. Scanning all other amiibo will summon a sphere of a random material for Donkey Kong to use.
Complete these steps
- Start Donkey Kong Bananza from the HOME Menu.
- At any point during regular gameplay, press the + Button to open the pause menu.
- Make sure you stand in an open space with enough room for the materials to appear.
- Select amiibo.
- Touch the amiibo to the NFC touchpoint.
- On the Joy-Con 2, the NFC touchpoint is located on the right control stick.
- On the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, the NFC touchpoint is located over the Nintendo Switch 2 logo at the top-center of the controller.
- On the Joy-Con, the NFC touchpoint is located on the right control stick.
- Note: Joy-Con controllers can only be used wirelessly with Nintendo Switch 2.
- On the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, the NFC touchpoint is located over the Nintendo Switch logo at the top-center of the controller.
- Note: The NFC touchpoint on Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers are turned off when using a wired connection.
- On the Joy-Con 2, the NFC touchpoint is located on the right control stick.
