How to Lower the Maximum Headphone Volume on Nintendo Switch 2

Steps for enabling or disabling the Lower Max Headphone Volume setting for headphones or speakers connected to the console's audio jack, USB ports, or wireless Bluetooth connection.
Complete these steps
- From the HOME Menu, select System Settings.
- Scroll down to Audio.
- In the Audio options, scroll down to the Lower Max Headphone Volume option and toggle it on or off as desired.
- When this option is turned off, the maximum output volume from audio devices connected to the audio jack, USB ports, or wireless Bluetooth connection will increase.
- Conversely, when this feature is turned on, the maximum output volume from audio devices connected to the audio jack, USB port,s or wireless Bluetooth connection will decrease.
Additional information
- This feature does not affect the volume on the console's built-in speakers.
- Volume changes may occur when using the same Bluetooth audio device across multiple devices including Nintendo Switch 2.
