How to adjust the audio settings on the Nintendo Switch 2 console, including audio output and audio input.
Complete these steps
- Select System Settings from the HOME Menu.
- Scroll down the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select Audio.
The following options are available:
Audio Output
- Audio Output Source: This can be set to Automatic or System Speakers
- TV Sound: This can be set to Automatic, Stereo, or Linear PCM 5.1 Surround
- System Virtual Surround: This can be toggled on or off
- Headphone Virtual Surround: This can be toggled on or off
- Mute When Headphones Disconnect: This can be toggled on or off
- Lower Max Headphone Volume: This can be toggled on or off
- Test Output: A menu to test your audio output device
Audio Input
- Input Microphone: This can be set to Automatic or System Microphone
- Microphone Noise Suppression: This can be toggled on or off
- Microphone Input Volume: This can be adjusted for your input device's volume level
- Test Microphone: A menu to test your microphone by recording input then playing the audio back
