Unable to Detach the Joy-Con 2 From the Nintendo Switch 2 Console

Follow these steps if you have trouble removing the Joy-Con 2 controller from the sides of the Nintendo Switch 2 console.
Note: Joy-Con 2 controllers attach magnetically to the Nintendo Switch 2 console.
What to do
- Press the release button on the back of the Joy-Con 2.
- While holding the release button down, pull the controller away from the console to detach it.
Situation not resolved
If the Joy-Con 2 controllers cannot be detached from the Nintendo Switch 2 console, both the Joy-Con 2 and the console will need to be sent in for service.
