This error message will appear if you try to redeem a download code for a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual membership on a Nintendo Account that purchased a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass Family membership that is still active.
If you purchased the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Family membership, you will need to wait until your current membership ends to redeem the download code for the individual membership.
