What to do
- If you have registered a phone number to your Nintendo Account, use phone number verification instead of email verification.
-
How to verify your Nintendo Account using phone number verification
- Select Use another method to verify your identity on the "E-mail address verification" screen.
- Select Submit to have a text message with a verification code sent to the phone number associated with your Nintendo Account.
- The text message should arrive within a few minutes—enter the code in the "Verification Code" box and select Submit to verify your identity.
After verifying your identity using your phone number, we recommend ensuring you are able to receive Nintendo Account-related emails by making sure there are no filters in your email account that may be blocking emails from @accounts.nintendo.com, and adding our email address ("no-reply@accounts.nintendo.com") to your contacts address book and safe sender list.
