How to Initialize the Kart (Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit)

In this article, you'll learn how to initialize or reset the Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit kart back to factory settings.
Important: This option can only be used when the kart is powered on and paired to Nintendo Switch.
Note: This option can be used when your kart is having a driving-related issue or when it doesn’t respond correctly.
Complete these steps
- With the kart paired to Nintendo Switch, launch the game.
- On the initial software screen, select Info, then select Kart, then Restore Factory Defaults.
- Press the Y Button, then select Reset Kart.
Important: Once the kart has been initialized, you must pair it to Nintendo Switch again in order to use it.
