Are these items exclusive to My Nintendo members? Can they only be obtained by using My Nintendo Platinum Points?
Physical items offered through the My Nintendo program are exclusive to My Nintendo members and can only be obtained at https://www.nintendo.com/store/, using Platinum Points earned on the My Nintendo website. Shipping charges will apply.
How many rewards can I order?
Multiple different rewards can be ordered at the same time, but each individual reward is limited to one per order. However, if you have enough Platinum Points and the reward is still in stock, you can place multiple orders for the same reward.
