No, each Pokémon HOME account can be linked to one Nintendo Account at a time.
However, the same Nintendo Account can be linked to the console version of Pokémon HOME on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch and to the mobile version of Pokémon HOME on a smart device, which will sync the information between the two versions. This means that Pokémon you receive in the console version will also appear in the mobile version (and vice versa).
