How to Manage Auto-Renewal Settings for Pokémon HOME Premium Plan Subscription

How to cancel automatic renewal for a Pokémon Home Premium Plan subscription.

What to do

Are you using a Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console, or a mobile device?

  • Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch

    Important: If automatic renewal is turned off, it cannot be turned on again during the current subscription period. You can re-enable automatic renewal if you purchase another subscription after the current subscription ends.

    1. From the HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop.
    2. Select the Nintendo Account that purchased the subscription.
    3. Select your user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    4. Select Your Subscriptions to view a list of in-game passes you are subscribed to.
    5. Select Cancel Your Subscription by Turning Off Automatic Renewal next to Pokémon HOME Premium Plan to cancel automatic renewal.
  • Mobile device

    Important: If automatic renewal is turned off, it cannot be turned on again during the current subscription period. You can re-enable automatic renewal if you purchase another subscription after the current subscription ends.

    1. If you haven't already, download the Pokémon HOME application on your device.

        You can change or cancel a subscription through the Settings menu of your iOS device. These steps may vary depending on your device and iOS version. For full steps on managing your iOS subscriptions, visit Apple's support.

        1. Open the Settings app on your device.
        2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
        3. Select the subscription for Pokémon HOME.
        4. Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your Pokémon HOME Premium Plan.
          • If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the Premium Plan for the time you've already paid.
      • How to download Pokémon HOME on a Google Android device

        You can cancel your Pokémon HOME subscription through the Google Play Store on your mobile device. These steps may vary depending on your device and Android version. For full steps on managing your Google Play subscriptions, visit Google's support.

        1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
        2. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
        3. Tap the Menu icon and select Subscriptions.
        4. Select Pokémon HOME.
        5. Tap Cancel subscription.
        6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
          • If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use the Premium Plan for the time you've already paid.
    2. Open the application.
    3. Tap the Menu icon at the bottom of the screen and select Options.
    4. Tap Account.
    5. Select Check Plan.
    6. Select Manage Plan Renewal. From here, you can cancel auto-renewal or change your payment method for auto-renewal.

Additional information

When you use a credit card to set up automatic renewal, we may receive updated information from your issuing bank or applicable payment service provider about the credit card. This means we may update the saved credit card's number and expiration date if it is replaced or it has expired. This helps ensure that your subscriptions automatically renew and your purchases complete successfully, even if your credit card information changes.
