The information in this article can help you when you're unable to purchase a Nintendo Switch Online family membership and you receive the error code 9001-0221.
What to Do:
- Click your username in the top-right corner and select Sign Out to sign out of your Nintendo Account.
- Sign back in using the Nintendo Account you wish to use to purchase the Nintendo Switch Online membership.
- Return to the Nintendo Switch Online membership purchase screen and choose the family membership to attempt to purchase it again.
