Ring Fit Adventure is only available as a physical game card, packaged with the Ring-Con and Leg Strap accessories. There are no plans to offer the accessories for individual purchase at retail.
Do I need a Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch system to play?
A Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch – OLED Model, or Nintendo Switch Lite system is required to play.
When using a Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch Lite system, additional accessories (sold separately) are required.
Can I use Ring Fit Adventure with Nintendo Switch 2?
- Joy-Con 2 can’t be attached to the Ring-Con accessory that’s included with Ring Fit Adventure, but you can play on Nintendo Switch 2 by attaching Nintendo Switch Joy-Con to the Ring-Con. Joy-Con 2 do not fit in the leg strap.
- If using a Nintendo Switch 2 system and separate Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers, a Nintendo Switch console or an accessory such as a Joy-Con charging grip or Joy-Con charging stand (two-way) (each sold separately) is required to charge Nintendo Switch Joy-Con.
Can I use Ring Fit Adventure with Nintendo Switch Lite?
- The flagship Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch – OLED Model system is recommended to play Ring Fit Adventure.
- Ring Fit Adventure can be used with the Nintendo Switch Lite system if the player connects one left Joy-Con controller and one right Joy-Con controller (sold separately). If using a Nintendo Switch Lite system and separate Joy-Con controllers, users will need to have a stand as well as a device to recharge the controllers, such as the Joy-Con Charging Grip.
Does the game offer any accommodations for players with limited mobility or dexterity?
- In Adventure mode, some in-game motions can be assigned to button presses, which may assist those with limited mobility in certain instances.
- It is possible to change the category of a Fit Skill by using a certain kind of item. For example, Arm Skills can be used to inflict Leg Skill damage.
