Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Switch - OLED Model
How to charge the Super NES Controller for use with Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch systems.
Complete these steps
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System Controller can be charged in the following ways:
While connected directly to the AC adapter.
Connect the Nintendo Switch 2 AC adapter (model No. NGN-01) or Nintendo Switch AC adapter (model No. HAC-002) to the USB connector at the top of the Super NES Controller, and then to a wall outlet.
While connected to the dock.
- Connect the Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch AC adapter to the dock and then to a wall outlet. The console does not need to be docked.
- The Nintendo Switch 2 AC adapter should be used with the Nintendo Switch 2 dock. Due to differing power outputs, the Nintendo Switch AC adapter does not provide enough power to use the Nintendo Switch 2 dock.
- Connect the USB charging cable (model No. HAC-010, sold separately) to an available USB port on the dock, then to the USB connector at the top of the Super NES Controller.
- Once the Super NES Controller is fully charged, the recharge LED beside the USB connector will shut off.
