Error Code: 2811-6002

Steps for when you're trying to redeem a download code for a game or content from the Nintendo eShop but receive error code 2811-6002 and the message "There are no products being distributed at this time."

What to do

  1. Close the Nintendo eShop and return to the HOME Menu.
  2. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME Menu to re-open the Nintendo eShop.
  3. Select the Nintendo Account you wish to download the content on.
  4. Select Enter Code and enter the 16-digit download code.
  5. When the content has finished downloading, open the game from the HOME Menu.
    • If you downloaded add-on content, you may need to restart the game in order to access the content.

Situation not resolved

If you receive a different error code or message after entering the download code, search our knowledge base for the new error and follow our troubleshooting steps.
