No Volume or Sound Is Faint Through Speakers

What to do
- Remove any headphones or anything else that might be inserted into the headphone port on the Nintendo DSi.
- Adjust the volume of the system.
- If you are experiencing sound issues with one particular game, it may be a setting in the game. Consult the instruction manual for the game you are playing.
