- If you have already attempted to redeem the download code or offer, check your Nintendo eShop Purchase History to see if the redemption went through successfully.
- For software titles and content, if the item is not downloading, attempt to redownload the title.
- If you have confirmed the software or membership is not available on your Nintendo Account, attempt to redeem the download code again.
