Complete these steps

  1. Perform the following actions to disable WiiConnect24:
    1. Access System Settings.
    2. Click the blue arrow to access Wii Settings
    3. Select "WiiConnect24."
    4. Select "Standby Connection" and "Off."
    5. Select "Confirm" to save the changes.
  2. Attempt to connect online again.
  3. If the issue persists, power cycle your router and modem, and then try again.
