Steps for when, while trying to start downloadable software on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch, the console displays the error code 2137-4024 and the message "Please try again later."
Note: This error occurs when there is a temporary Nintendo eShop service outage.
What to do
Visit Nintendo's Network Status page and check for any posted service maintenance or outages.
Once the Nintendo eShop maintenance or outage has ended, try to launch your game again.
