SD Card Overview
Nintendo DSi
The Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL can use compatible SD Cards to do the following:
- Save photos you've taken in Nintendo DSi Camera to the SD Card
- Play AAC-format audio files saved on the SD Card
- Copy downloadable software and its save data to the SD Card
The Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL cannot use SD Cards to:
- View saved photos taken from other devices (such as cameras, phones, etc.)
- Store sounds recorded on a Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL
- Copy save game data for games played on Nintendo DS Game Cards
