How to View Your Nintendo Switch Online Status

Complete these steps

Where would you like to check your Nintendo Switch Online status?

• Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console
  1. Select Nintendo Switch Online on the HOME Menu.
  2. Select the account you want to use.
  3. Your current membership status, along with various other information about Nintendo Switch Online, will be displayed.
• Nintendo eShop
  1. Select Nintendo eShop on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
  2. Select the account you want to use.
  3. Tap the picture of your icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.
  4. Highlight Nintendo Switch Online on the left side of the screen to view your current Nintendo Switch Online membership plan and expiration date.
• Account Home website
  1. Visit the Account Home (accounts.nintendo.com/portal) website and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
     • How to sign in to a Nintendo Account using email address/sign-in ID and password
       1. Enter the email address or sign-in ID and password associated to your account.
       2. Click Sign in.
       3. If additional verification is needed, follow the prompts.
          • If you have registered a passkey with your Nintendo Account: you will be prompted to sign in using your passkey instead.
          • If you have set up 2-step verification: launch the Google Authenticator app on your smart device, enter the code it displays, and click Authenticate.
          • If you're prompted to confirm your identity: an email with a verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your Nintendo Account. Locate the code in your email and enter it in the "Verification code" box, then click Verify.

     • How to sign in to a Nintendo Account using a passkey

       Passkeys can only be used to sign in on the device the passkey was registered on. If the device associated with your passkey is not available, use one of the other methods to sign in.

       1. Select Sign in under "Passkey Sign-in".
       2. Perform the relevant steps on your device to use your passkey.

     • How to sign in to a Nintendo Account using Google or Apple Account
       1. Click the button for the appropriate service (Google or Apple) and enter your login information if needed.
       2. If additional verification is needed, follow the prompts.
          • If you have set up 2-step verification: launch the Google Authenticator app on your smart device, enter the code it displays, and click Authenticate.
          • If you're prompted to confirm your identity: an email with a verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your Nintendo Account. Locate the code in your email and enter it in the "Verification code" box, then click Verify.

  2. Select Nintendo Switch Online.
  3. Review the "Active PlanSuscripción activaAbonnement en coursAdesões válidas" section for your current Nintendo Switch Online membership plan and expiration date.
