The information in this article can help you when you have difficulties ordering a Nintendo Entertainment System Controller, Super NES Controller, Nintendo 64 Controller, or SEGA Genesis Control Pad.

Nintendo Switch Online members in the U.S. and Canada can purchase various controllers for use with a curated library of classic games.

This offer is limited to four of each type of controller per Nintendo Account with a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership.

  1. What controller did you order?
    • Because orders are packaged and shipped very quickly, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed.
      • If you want to cancel the order, you will need to refuse delivery or return the package to Nintendo with a written request to refund or exchange the items you ordered.
      • If your address has changed since you placed the order, you can update your address through www.usps.com (U.S.) or www.canadapost.com (Canada). The post office should forward any packages in route to the previous address.
