Discontinuation of WiiConnect24 Services
Wii & Wii mini
On June 27, 2013, the following network services, available through the Wii console, were discontinued and can no longer be used:
- Forecast Channel
- News Channel
- Everybody Votes Channel
- Nintendo Channel
- Check Mii Out Channel
- Data exchange between Wii friends using WiiConnect24
- This includes Wii message exchanges via Wii Message Board, use of the Wii Number, Mii exchanges via Mii Channel, and exchanges of messages or data in some game titles.
