Error Code: 2121-0002
Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, Nintendo Switch - OLED Model
Follow these steps when:
- Attempting to send a Friend Request, error code 2121-0002 is displayed.
- You receive the message "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
Note: The issue that generated this error code was resolved in Nintendo Switch system update Ver. 6.0.0.
What to do
- Ensure your console has the latest system update.
- If the console is already up to date, restart it by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then select Power OptionsOpciones de apagadoOptions d'alimentationOpções de desligar followed by Restart.
- Attempt to send your Friend Request again from within your game.

If the error persists, send your Friend Requests directly from My Page.
