The information in this article can help you when:
- The Wii Balance Board will not power on.
- The batteries are not giving power to the Wii Balance Board.
What to do
- Check for an unlicensed battery pack. If one is being used, try a fresh set of batteries instead.
- Even if new batteries have already been tried, try another set of fresh batteries, and verify that they're installed correctly.
- When replacing the batteries, wait at least a minute after removing the old batteries before replacing them with new batteries.

If the issue is not resolved, the Wii Balance Board will need to be replaced.
