The User Support Number for Customer Support can be found in the following ways:

From the user's page

  2. Select User Settings.User Settings selected on the user's page and a list of adjustable settings displayed on the right side
  3. Scroll to the bottom of User Settings to find Number for Customer Support and select it.
    • The number will display in this format (21 numerical digits in total): 1234 - 1234 - 1234 - 1234 - 1234 -1
From System Settings
  1. From the HOME Menu, select System Settings.Nintendo Switch 2 HOME Menu System Settings
  2. Scroll down the options on the left and select UsersUsuariosUtilisateursUsuários. Then select the user profile that needs support.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of User Settings to find Number for Customer Support and select it.
    • The number will display in this format (21 numerical digits in total): 1234 - 1234 - 1234 - 1234 - 1234 -1
