Important
- All saved data, game data, and downloaded channels will be erased. Once erased, this data can never be recovered.
- We recommend removing your Wii Shop Channel account before you transfer ownership of your console.
Complete these steps
- Access System Settings.
- Select the right arrow twice to proceed to page 3.
- Select Format Wii System Memory.
- If Parental Controls are set, enter the PIN.
- Select Format three times.
