How to raise or lower the maximum volume for headphones or speakers connected to the Nintendo Switch console's audio jack, USB port, or wireless Bluetooth connection.
Complete these steps
- Select System Settings from the HOME Menu.
- Select System.
- Select Lower Max Headphone Volume to toggle it on or off.
- When this feature is OnSíOuiSim the maximum output volume from audio devices connected to the audio jack, USB port, or wireless Bluetooth connection will decrease. When set to Off the maximum output volume from audio devices will increase.
Additional information
- This feature does not affect the volume on the console's speakers.
- Volume changes may occur when using the same Bluetooth audio device across multiple devices.
