- Hold the disc by the edges; avoid touching the bottom of the disc.
Important: Do not load the disc with your finger in the hole.
- If your console is placed horizontally, insert the disc with the label side facing up. If your console is placed vertically, insert the disc with the label facing to the right.
- Allow the disc to feed into the Wii U console. The software should start in approximately 5 seconds for a Wii U disc and 15 seconds for a Wii disc.
